Gartner has given Ezwim a "Promising" rating in its "MarketScope for Telecom Expense Management" report. Ezwim (News - Alert) provides Telecom Expense Management and Telecom Service Management software to enterprises and operators.

Ezwim was one of 45 companies that were evaluated for the report. The report predicts that 2009 and 2010 will be breakout years, as companies based in Western Europe, with assets and expenses within that region, start to adopt services in greater numbers. The evaluation criteria included business model, customer experience, product/service, scope of offering and overall viability including organizational and financial health.
